Job summary

Little Pioneers is looking for a Room Manager to lead and inspire a dedicated nursery team in delivering high-quality early years education. You will work closely with the Nursery Manager to ensure compliance, engagement and outstanding outcomes for children.

The role requires a full and relevant early years qualification, an Enhanced DBS check (costs covered), and a compassionate, open personality with a passion for early years.

What will the role involve?
