Job summary

Little Pioneers is seeking a Room Manager to lead our nursery team and uphold high standards of care and early education. You will work with the Nursery Manager and Deputy to drive outstanding outcomes for children.

You will provide leadership, support colleagues, and ensure compliance and engagement across the team. We offer a four-day week option, enhanced annual leave and wellbeing programmes to support work-life balance.

As Room Manager you will work closely with the Nursery Manager and Deputy Nursery Manager to ensure compliance, team engagement and outstanding results. You are responsible for providing leadership, direction and guidance within your team. You will support your colleagues to deliver exceptional care and early education ensuring performance standards are consistently met.
