Job summary

Little Pioneers in Stratford-upon-Avon is opening a brand new nursery and seeks a dedicated Room Manager to lead the room team and deliver exceptional early years care and education. You will partner with the Nursery Manager to ensure high standards of safety, wellbeing and service delivery.

You will hold full early years qualifications, be open, honest and compassionate, and bring a passion for inspiring young learners.

• Full and relevant early years qualification (essential).
• Enhanced DBS check (we’ll cover the costs).

As Room Manager you will work closely with the Nursery Manager and Deputy Nursery Manager to ensure compliance, team engagement and outstanding results. You are responsible for providing leadership, direction and guidance within your team. You will support your colleagues to deliver exceptional care and early education ensuring performance standards are consistently met.
