Cluster Revenue and Rooms Profit Manager

The role:

Our Cluster Revenue & Rooms Profit Manager is accountable for maximising total rooms profit of a portfolio of 200 Central London apartments. This will be achieved through effective management of pricing the inventory, managing systems and processes.

The role reports directly to the owner and head of operations. The role is based in our Central London office, and will require time spent on site at our six Central London locations, to learn and experience our product first hand, as well as being an opportunity to understand the competitive set for each of our six properties.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Develop, monitor and adjust sales and pricing strategies based on sound commercial judgement through effective analysis to ensure RGI targets are achieved.
• Advise and support on choice and installation of new systems, including PMS and Revenue Management software.
• Ensure professional and efficient utilisation of systems, to drive profitable rooms revenue.
• Gather effective information and analysis to identify and maximise on all possible opportunities to grow rooms performance.
• Engage actively with property managers and senior leadership in revenue decisions by maintaining regular communication to ensure optimal strategies and controls.
• Drive incremental EBITDA, RevPAR, Total Revenue and Fair Market Share performance.

Who we’re looking for:

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as Revenue / Profit Manager with ability to grow market share and budget delivery.

Excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a well established leadership team. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to interact effectively with stakeholders across the business.
