Tinies is supporting a private nursery based in Bushey, seeking a dedicated Room Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage daily nursery operations within your designated room.
2. Lead and support nursery staff to deliver high-quality care and education.
3. Ensure compliance with Ofsted standards and nursery policies.
4. Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for children.
5. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and well-being.

Working Hours & Salary

The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, with working hours from 8 am to 6 pm in a shift pattern.

The salary offered is up to £27,000 gross per annum.
