Qualifications

• Caring and enthusiastic Nursery Room Leader
• Experience in early years education is preferred
• Ability to support and inspire children and colleagues

Responsibilities

• Promote high standards of quality within the nursery
• Support and supervise playroom staff with day-to-day duties
• Ensure EYFS requirements are met and keycarer procedures are followed
• Provide feedback to parents about their child
• Support nursery to attract current and new families
