Job summary

Bright Horizons North Baddesley Day Nursery is seeking a Room Leader to guide and support a team to deliver exceptional care and education for every child in the room.

You will promote child welfare, health and safety, safeguarding, and build strong partnerships with parents and professionals to meet each child’s needs, while supporting their individual milestones. This role supports professional development and requires strong communication with colleagues and families.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Experience in Early Years settings, ideally as Room Leader or similar.
• Passion for inclusive learning environments.
• Strong EYFS knowledge.
• Understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
• Ability to build trust with colleagues and parents.
• Excellent communication with children and adults.
