Job summary

Kids Planet Prestbury is seeking a Room Leader to lead a dedicated room and deliver high-quality care in line with the EYFS. You will inspire the team, support professional development, and ensure a nurturing, inclusive environment for every child.

You will build strong relationships with children and families, safeguarding standards, and celebrate each child’s learning journey within our supportive Kids Planet culture.

Qualifications

• Must hold at least Level 3 UK recognised early years qualification.
• Excellent understanding of the EYFS.
• Extensive safeguarding knowledge is required.
• Leadership experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a room within the nursery, ensuring high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS.
• Support and guide the team, fostering a positive, collaborative environment and promoting professional development.
• Build strong relationships with children and families to meet each child’s individual needs and learning goals.
