Kids Planet Irlam is seeking a Room Leader to join our team and help children thrive in a nurturing setting built around care, curiosity and early years excellence. You will lead and manage a dedicated room, ensuring high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS.

You'll support and mentor the team, foster a positive, collaborative environment and build strong relationships with children and families, meeting each child’s individual needs and supporting their learning journey.

Qualifications

• Must be at least Level 3 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification.
• Excellent understanding of EYFS.
• Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a room within the nursery, ensuring high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS.
• Support and guide the team, fostering a positive, collaborative environment and promoting professional development.
• Build strong relationships with children and families, ensuring each child’s individual needs are met and their learning is supported.
