Job summary

Kids Planet Poynton is looking for a Room Leader to lead and manage our Room, ensure high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS.

You will support and guide the team, build strong relationships with children and families, and drive professional development. Level 3 qualification and EYFS knowledge required; safeguarding knowledge essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least Level 3 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification.
• Excellent understanding of EYFS.
• Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children.
• Leadership experience desirable.
