Kids Planet White Rose is seeking a Room Leader to manage a dedicated room, delivering high-quality care and early years education in line with EYFS.

The role is fixed-term to cover maternity leave; offers training via KP Academy, enhanced leave for family events, and a competitive salary with pension. You will lead a team, support children's development, and engage with families to meet individual needs.

Competenze

• Must be at least Level 3 UK-recognised early years qualification.
• Excellent understanding of the EYFS.
• Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children.
• Leadership experience desirable.

How you’ll make a difference as a Room Leader:
