Kids Planet White Rose is recruiting a Room Leader on a fixed-term maternity cover basis. You will lead and manage a nursery room, ensuring high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS.

The role requires Level 3 UK early years qualification, strong safeguarding knowledge, and leadership experience. We offer accredited training through KP Academy, enhanced leave for family events, wellbeing benefits, and a supportive central team.

How you'll make a difference as a Room Leader:

What a Room Leader needs:

• Must be at least Level 3 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification.
• Excellent understanding of EYFS.
• Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children.
• Leadership experience desirable.
