Busy Bees is seeking a Room Leader at Busy Bees Kettering Queen of Hearts to oversee multiple rooms, lead educational strategies, and inspire your team to uphold the highest standards of care and learning. This leadership role offers a chance to guide staff and create rich, meaningful experiences for young children within a busy nursery setting.

The role requires a Level 3 qualification in early years, strong supervisory experience, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in early years or above.
• Experience in an early years setting with supervisory responsibilities preferred.
