Kiddi Caru - Downend, part of Grandir UK, is seeking a caring Room Leader to support and inspire our children daily. You will lead a room, oversee staff, and help deliver high-quality early years provision in line with EYFS.

This role offers a competitive salary (£27,664-£29,536) with regular pay reviews, welcome bonus of £1,000, strong benefits and progression opportunities within a supportive team.

Aufgaben

• Promote high standards of quality within the nursery
• Support and supervise playroom staff with their day-to-day duties
• Deploy staff appropriately to ensure that the required standards are delivered and maintained within the rooms
• Ensure the effective implementation of the nursery keycarer procedures and allocate children to keycarers appropriately
• Ensure that practice and provision in the nursery meet the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Provide professional, relevant feedback to parents and carers about their child
• Promote the nursery to current parents and potential customers
• Develop open and positive working relationships with staff
• Ensure that all staff develop and maintain friendly, professional relationships with parents and carers
