Responsibilities

• Lead the effective day-to-day management of the room, ensuring high standards, compliance and resource management
• Support the development and performance of staff through mentoring, guidance and training opportunities
• Promote children’s learning, progress and wellbeing through quality EYFS practisce, observation, and inclusive support
• Build strong partnerships with parents, carers, and external professionals to enhance children’s development and engagement
