BrightHorizons Brindley House Day Nursery in Beaconsfield seeks a Room Leader to guide the 1-2 year olds room. You will mentor a team, ensure high-quality care and development, and maintain safeguarding standards.

The role requires a Level 3+ Early Years qualification and prior EYFS setting experience, with a focus on partnership with families and colleagues. Beaconsfield location offers a warm environment and supports professional growth.

Qualifications

• Must have full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Experience as Room Leader, Nursery Nurse, or similar preferred.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS.
• Solid safeguarding knowledge and compliance with DBS checks.
