We are working with a nursery in Whitchurch, RG28 area of Hampshire, who are looking for a Room Leader to run their under 2-year-old room. You will need to have a great understanding of how to meet the needs of the youngest children in the nursery, develop strong relationships with children and their families, and provide a safe and stimulating environment for the children.

As a Room Leader, you will be responsible for running the under 2-year-old room, settling babies and their families into the nursery, leading your team to provide high-quality childcare, and supporting nursery management.

For this role, you need to:

1. Hold a Level 3 or higher childcare qualification
2. Have at least 2 years of post-qualifying experience
3. Have experience working with 0-2 year olds
4. Have excellent child development knowledge
5. Possess strong EYFS knowledge

The role can be for 38 or 43 hours a week, with a salary of up to £25,000 per annum.
