Bright Horizons Solihull is seeking a Room Leader to lead and nurture a team, delivering high-quality care and early education for children in a purpose-built setting in Solihull.

The role requires a full and relevant Level 3 or higher Early Years qualification, EYFS knowledge, and strong safeguarding awareness. Flexible, 40-hour shifts across 4–5 days offer a rewarding career with industry-leading training and benefits.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Experience in an Early Years setting – ideally as a Room Leader, Nursery Nurse, Nursery Practitioner or Early Years Educator.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Knowledge of Safeguarding and Child Protection and broader legislative requirements for working with children.

• Promote child welfare, health and safety, and safeguarding in the room.
