Job summary

Willing Recruitment is seeking a Room Leader Level 3 to manage the preschool room in a busy nursery. You will plan activities in line with EYFS, lead a small team, observe children’s development, and maintain safeguarding and health-and-safety standards.

This full-time, year-round role requires a Level 3 Early Years qualification, experience in a nursery, and confidence coordinating routines. We offer discounted childcare, a pension, sick pay, training and development, and regular team events.

Room Leader Level 3 – Preschool Room – Up to £32,500

Days in this nursery are shaped by play, creativity, and curiosity. Children move between well-organised rooms and activities designed to support development at every stage, from babies through to pre-school. As the setting continues to expand, new spaces and opportunities are being created for qualified early years professionals to join the growing team.

Before You Apply

• recent experience working in a nursery, ideally supporting or leading a room
• Applicants must hold a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
• You should be confident organising the day within a room and supporting other practitioners.

What You’ll Need

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
• Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
