Job summary

Mama Bear’s Day Nursery in Clifton, Bristol, is seeking a Room Leader to inspire children and support the team in a welcoming setting. You will model best practice, ensure safeguarding, and nurture a safe learning environment for every child.

The role requires a Level 3 EYFS qualification, strong EYFS knowledge, and 2+ years’ experience in early years. The position is 40 hours per week, with part-time options for qualified practitioners considered.

• Strong understanding of the EYFS.
• 2+ years’ experience in an early years setting.
• Confident communicator with great leadership skills.

We have an exciting opportunity for aRoom Leaderto join our friendly setting based in Clifton, Bristol. Our vibrant nursery is ideally located on the corner of Whiteladies Road and Apsley Road and is easily accessible by car or public transport.

As Room Leader, you’ll inspire children, support your team and model outstanding practice. You’ll help create a safe, nurturing space where every child can thrive and ensure high standards of care, education and safeguarding at all times.

What we’re looking for:
