Room Attendant, Malmaison

Working as part of the Housekeeping team, you will ensure all guest bedrooms within the hotel are cleaned daily to the highest standards. You will have an eye for detail and high standards to meet our guests' expectations of a perfect stay.

Malmaison provides a range of luxury and boutique hotels in 15 landmark locations across the UK. Known for style and hospitality, Malmaison offers exquisite accommodations with a relaxing atmosphere, along with sumptuous food and wine in our Chez Mal Brasseries.

As a Room Attendant, you will interact with guests, so conversational English is essential, as is the ability to work independently. You will be a vital part of the Malmaison team, ensuring all bedrooms are clean and tidy for guests' arrivals and stays.

Flexibility is needed. You will mainly work set shifts, usually between 9 am – 3 pm, 5 days a week. Shift start times can be flexible between 9 am – 10 am. Early start times, flexible contracts, or weekend work can be discussed at interview.

This role requires a good level of fitness, and full training on chemicals and equipment will be provided.

Experience isn't required, but a positive attitude and desire to make a difference are essential.

We encourage internal development, with plans to have 100 new apprentices by year-end. Candidates may have the opportunity to enroll in our apprenticeship scheme after probation.
