Job Description: Room Attendant

Working as part of the Housekeeping team, you will ensure all guest bedrooms within the hotel are cleaned daily to the highest standards. You should have an eye for detail and high standards to meet our guests' expectations of a perfect stay.

Malmaison offers a range of luxury and boutique hotels in 15 landmark locations across the UK. Known for style and hospitality, Malmaison provides exquisite accommodation, a relaxing atmosphere, and sumptuous food and wine in our Chez Mal Brasseries.

Responsibilities:

1. Interact with guests, requiring conversational English and the ability to work independently.
2. Ensure all bedrooms are clean and tidy for guest arrivals and stays, playing a vital role in the hotel's operation.

Shift Details:

Typically between 9am – 3pm, 5 days a week. Shift start times are flexible between 9am – 10am, with options for earlier starts, flexible contracts, or weekend work.

Requirements:

• Physical fitness to perform cleaning duties.
• Full training in chemical and equipment use will be provided.
• A positive attitude and desire to contribute to the hotel’s success are essential; previous experience is not required.
