Job summary

Lympstone Manor is seeking a Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team. The role is full-time (40 hours per week) with shifts including weekends and evenings.

You will be responsible for maintaining pristine bedrooms and public areas, ensuring proper linen storage, and supporting seamless operation with other departments. We
are looking for a Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team. The ideal
candidate will need to be self-motivated and well organised, with good
communications skills and a clear understanding of what the business and your
Head of Department expects. The role does involve working shifts
including weekends and evenings. A positive and flexible attitude towards
your work is helpful as is a desire to work at the highest possible
standards.

What you’ll be doing

• Assist to ensure good communication of information between the Front Office, reservations and the housekeeping team
• To clean all bedrooms and public rooms within the hotel are presented and maintained to the highest standard
• To be responsible for correct storage of all linen and deal with sending and returning of linen to the agreed linen company
• To ensure lost and found items are dealt with as per company procedures
• To ensure all housekeeping orders/delivery notes etc. are dealt with in the correct manner following company procedures

You can take the coastal train from Exeter St. Davids or Exeter

It is a 15 minute walk to Lympstone Manor from the train station.
