Job summary

Crerar Hotels is recruiting a General Assistant with a Food & Beverage focus to join our team across our Scotland and Lake District hotels. You’ll assist guests, handle requests with warmth, and deliver attentive service from breakfast through dinner, upselling menu items, wines, and hotel amenities where appropriate.

Prior restaurant or bar experience is an advantage, but a can-do attitude and commitment to excellent service matter most.
