Holiday Inn Express Manchester Oxford Road is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain pristine guest rooms and deliver exceptional service. You will clean bedrooms and bathrooms, replenish amenities, and manage guest requests as part of a friendly housekeeping team in central Manchester.

Qualifications

• Able to deliver high levels of customer service.
• Able to work independently or in a team.
• Reliable and flexible in shift patterns.

Responsabilités

• Clean guest bedrooms and bathrooms.
• Vacuum rooms and corridors.
• Change and replenish bed linen and towels.
• Undertake regular deep cleaning tasks.
• Restock and maintain trolley daily.
• Report damages and ensure timely replacements.
• Check equipment in rooms and work areas is in good working order.
• Be environmentally aware and dispose of waste properly.
• Handle guest requests promptly and professionally.
• Follow hotel security, fire regulations and health & safety laws.
• Carry out lost property procedures.
• Assist other departments as needed.
