Job summary

Eclipse Hotels Group is seeking a Room Attendant for Holiday Inn Express in Norwich. You will ensure bedrooms are cleaned to the highest standards and report any defects to maintain guest comfort.

Responsibilities

• Service and clean our guest bedrooms (full departure clean or a pull up for a current inhouse guest).
• Ensure that all allocated rooms are cleaned to standard before the end of your shift.
• Change bed and bathroom linen.
• Mop and clean bathroom and bedroom floors, surfaces wiped.
• Ensure mirrors and internal windows are clean and free of debris and grease.
• Replenish courtesy items in all rooms, including bathroom amenities.
• Complete non-daily tasks such as flipping mattresses, cleaning curtains, high dusting as required.
• Report defects, maintenance or repairs within guest rooms as soon as possible on the hotels maintenance recording system.
• Lend a hand to colleagues in other areas of the Housekeeping Team when requested by the Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Follow Group Policies and procedures with regards to Fire, Health & Safety, Security standards.
• Record and store any guest items left behind or lost.
