Job summary

THE NICI Collection is seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team, ensuring that guest bedrooms are maintained to the highest standards. This role involves cleaning and servicing guest rooms and bathrooms, making beds, replenishing amenities, and ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures.

The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, high standards of cleanliness, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest bedrooms and bathrooms to a consistently high standard.
• Make beds and change bed linen and towels as required.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and clean all bedroom and bathroom areas.
• Replenish guest amenities and supplies.
• Ensure bedrooms are presented in line with THE NICI's standards.
• Identify and report maintenance issues.
• Handle guest belongings with care.
• Maintain cleaning equipment to a high standard.
• Complete assigned rooms within the required timeframes.
• Follow health, safety, hygiene, and housekeeping procedures.

The Role

We are looking for a dedicated Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team and help ensure our guest bedrooms are maintained to the highest standards.

As a Room Attendant, you will play an important role in creating an exceptional guest experience by ensuring every bedroom is clean, comfortable, well presented, and ready for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

Clean and service guest bedrooms and bathrooms to a consistently high standard.

Make beds and change bed linen and towels as required.

Dust, vacuum, mop, and clean all bedroom and bathroom areas.

Replenish guest amenities and supplies.

Ensure bedrooms are presented in line with THE NICI's standards.

Identify and report maintenance issues, damage, or missing items.

Handle guest belongings with care and respect guest privacy at all times.

Maintain cleaning equipment and housekeeping trolleys to a high standard.

Complete assigned rooms within the required timeframes while maintaining quality.

Follow health, safety, hygiene, and housekeeping procedures.

Support the wider Housekeeping team when required.
