THE NICI Collection is seeking a dedicated Public Areas Attendant to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness across our luxury hotel venues in the United Kingdom, including Lymington. You will keep reception areas, lounges, corridors and shared spaces looking pristine throughout the day, with potential early starts to ready spaces for guests.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain public areas including reception, lounges, corridors, staircases, lifts and guest toilets.
• Ensure public areas meet luxury hospitality standards.
• Carry out regular checks to maintain cleanliness and presentation.
• Vacuum, mop, dust, polish and complete other cleaning duties as required.
• Replenish towels, amenities and guest supplies.
• Keep cleaning equipment and storage areas clean and organized.
• Report maintenance issues or damage promptly.
• Follow health, safety and hygiene procedures.
• Support the wider Housekeeping team as needed.
• Provide a friendly and professional presence around the hotel.

The Role

We are looking for a dedicated Public Areas Attendant to help maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout THE NICI Bournemouth.

You will play an important role in ensuring our hotel looks its best throughout the day, from our reception and guest lounges to corridors, staircases, public toilets, and other shared spaces.

The role may involve early morning starts, ensuring our public areas are clean, fresh, and ready for our guests from the beginning of each day.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain hotel reception areas, lounges, corridors, staircases, lifts, guest toilets, and other public areas.
• Ensure all public areas are presented to luxury hospitality standards.
• Carry out regular checks throughout the day to maintain cleanliness and presentation.
• Vacuum, mop, dust, polish, and complete other cleaning duties as required.
• Replenish towels, amenities, and guest supplies.
• Ensure cleaning equipment and storage areas are kept clean and organised.
• Report maintenance issues or damage promptly.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene procedures.
• Support the wider Housekeeping team when required.
