We are currently recruiting for a Room Attendant to join the Londoner, one of our 5 Star Luxury Hotels.

This role offers fast-track career progression, an hourly rate of pay, extra hours paid, and bonus payments for cleaning additional rooms.

Overview

1. An opportunity to join the Housekeeping team at The Londoner Hotel with excellent training and career progression.
2. Responsible for ensuring your designated rooms are cleaned to the highest standard and in a timely manner.
3. Work as part of a team, supporting colleagues and performing ad hoc Housekeeping duties as needed.
4. Greet guests warmly, assist with their needs or direct them to someone who can help.
5. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, exceeding guest expectations in line with our core values and standards.

About You

1. Previous housekeeping experience, ideally within a 5-star hotel, training will be provided.
2. Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
3. Basic command of English for effective communication.
4. Positive attitude and approach to work.
5. Understanding of teamwork and collaboration.
