As a Room Attendant at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, we expect from you:
As a Room Attendant, you will work on a shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week. Shift patterns include morning, afternoon, and evening shifts (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required.
Ideal candidates will have previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury environment, with excellent attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure, and a genuine interest in providing outstanding service to our guests.
