Job description

Summary of Position: Every day is different. You will be responsible for ensuring that all guest apartments are cleaned and presented to the highest standard at all times. You will be passionate about what you do and have a great eye for detail, ensuring every guest that stays is wowed. You'll be fundamental in creating a superb first and lasting impression of the hotel and central in creating the Native identity.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Complete daily, regular tasks while planning larger works to ensure the highest service and cleanliness levels.
2. Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards are adhered to.
3. Build positive and productive working relationships with colleagues across the business.
4. Ensure all maintenance faults are reported to the Maintenance Department and rectified immediately, especially if life-threatening or dangerous.
5. Use equipment (be it product or machinery) correctly.
6. Handle cleaning materials correctly.
7. Participate in ongoing deep clean schedules.
8. Understand and comply with COSHH regulations, Manual Handling, Company Regulations, Customer Service, Security, and other requirements.
9. Actively promote teamwork and two-way communication.
10. Ensure apartments are guest-ready in terms of quality, cleanliness, and guest readiness according to Native Standards.
11. Participate in company and department-based training.
12. Familiarize with Native policies and procedures.

Experience: Required

Languages: English – Advanced

Employment: Full-time

Schedule: 5 days between 8am and 6pm, shift times may vary (7.5 hours per day)

Salary: £13.15 – £13.68 hourly

Benefits: Starting at £13.15 per hour, increasing to £13.68 after probation
