Job summary

Canary Riverside Plaza London, Vignette Collection by IHG is seeking a passionate Housekeeping Team Member to join the team. The hotel, a landmark addition to the capital's luxury lifestyle scene, sits in Canary Wharf with 142 guestrooms, dining spaces, events facilities and access to a luxury health club, spa and pool.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
• Strong work ethic with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible and reliable with a positive, professional attitude.
• Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience would be advantageous but is not essential.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and preparing guest bedrooms and bathrooms to the highest standards, ensuring rooms are presented impeccably for arriving guests.
• Replenishing guest amenities and reporting any maintenance issues or lost property in line with hotel procedures.
• Working closely with the wider Housekeeping team to ensure service areas are clean, organised and fully stocked.
• Maintaining exceptional attention to detail while working efficiently to meet productivity and quality standards.

Joining the IHG portfolio in Summer 2026 as Canary Riverside Plaza London, Vignette Collection- this exciting new chapter marks the brand's first property in London. Set in the heart of Canary Wharf with stunning views across the River Thames and London skyline, the hotel features 142 luxurious guestrooms and suites, stylish dining spaces, meeting and events facilities and access to a luxury health club, spa and pool. We are looking for someone who can work Part-Time or Full-Time, we have a variety of contracts available.

To be successful in this role, you will be responsible for a range of duties while demonstrating the following skills and experience…
