Job summary

HotelCare are seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to uphold high cleanliness standards across guest rooms. You will work in a fast-paced hotel environment, ensuring rooms are spotless, well-presented and ready for guests.

Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy guest rooms to established standards.
• Change bed linens, replace towels, empty trash and restock amenities.
• Dust furniture, vacuum carpets and clean mirrors.
• Sanitize surfaces for hygiene maintenance.
• Maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and toiletries.
• Report maintenance issues or damages promptly.
• Follow supervisor instructions and safety protocols.
• Ensure guest room security and guest privacy.
• Provide professional and respectful service and respond to guest requests promptly.
