Job summary

The Lygon Arms in Broadway is seeking a Room Attendant to join our friendly housekeeping team. This hands-on role focuses on high-standard bedroom cleaning, welcoming presentation and guest comfort.

You’ll be supported by a practical Head Housekeeper and Deputy Head Housekeeper, with training provided if you’re new to housekeeping. The position includes meals on duty, ongoing development and team-focused days.

• Experience in housekeeping is helpful but not essential — training provided.

The Lygon Arms is a historic hotel in the heart of Broadway, offering 86 bedrooms, beautiful gardens and a warm, welcoming atmosphere for guests and team members alike.

We’re looking for a Room Attendant to join our friendly, close-knit housekeeping team, led by a highly supportive Head Housekeeper and Deputy Head Housekeeper who work alongside the team and genuinely care about standards, wellbeing and teamwork.

The role:

This is a hands‑on, practical role at the heart of the hotel.

• Cleaning and preparing guest bedrooms to a high standard
• Ensuring rooms are welcoming, well‑presented and comfortable
• Replenishing amenities and reporting any maintenance issues
• Working as part of a supportive team to achieve daily room targets
