Qualifications

• Experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor, Team Leader, or Senior Waiter.
• Background in a busy hotel or quality-led restaurant.
• Confident communicator, calm under pressure.
• Passionate about service, hospitality, and a positive team culture.
• Flexible to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervising day-to-day restaurant, bar and lounges operations and service standards
• Leading the team on shift and being a visible presence on the floor
• Supporting the manager on duty and stepping in when required
• Running smooth openings, services, and closes
• Delivering team briefs and supporting training on shift
• Handling guest feedback confidently and professionally

The role:

• Supervising day-to-day restaurant, bar and lounges operations and service standards
