Job summary

Nettle at The Conduit in Covent Garden, London, is seeking a Waiter to deliver friendly, attentive service across restaurant areas, including hosting, drinks and guest interaction. The role requires passion for delivering great service and strong communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in front-of-house or hospitality roles preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain high standards.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage members and guests in a warm and professional manner.
• Deliver attentive, knowledgeable and efficient table service.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately, including allergen awareness.
• Make recommendations based on guest preferences and menu knowledge.
• Monitor the guest experience and respond proactively to needs.
• Handle payments and present bills accurately.
• Work across different areas of the restaurant (section service, hosting, drinks, etc.)
• Maintain clean, organized FOH and BOH areas.
