Job summary

Fenchurch Restaurant at Sky Garden, a renowned 2 AA Rosette dining destination, is seeking a Host to welcome guests, manage reservations and seating, and deliver memorable experiences with warmth and professionalism.

Based in London, this casual contract role offers up to £15.71 per hour plus a paid meal allowance, with training opportunities and development through the Rhubarb portfolio.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Host/Receptionist or customer-facing hospitality roles preferred.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, friendly, and professional manner.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests with a warm, friendly and professional approach.
• Managing reservations, guest arrivals and seating plans to ensure smooth service flow.
• Providing guests with information about the restaurant, menus and dining experience.
• Supporting the front-of-house team to deliver seamless and memorable guest experience.
• Managing guest enquiries and requests efficiently and professionally.
