Job summary

Oak View Group is seeking a friendly Host for Fenchurch Restaurant at Sky Garden, London. You will warmly welcome guests, manage arrivals and seating, and inform guests about menus and dining experiences while supporting the front-of-house team to ensure memorable visits.

The role is a casual contract with up to £15.71 per hour, offering a paid meal allowance, staff discounts, and ongoing training including WSET qualifications and management programmes.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Host, Receptionist or in a customer-facing hospitality role preferred.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A confident, friendly and professional manner.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests with a warm, friendly and professional approach.
• Managing reservations, guest arrivals and seating plans to ensure smooth service flow.
• Providing guests with information about the restaurant, menus and dining experience.
• Supporting the front-of-house team to deliver seamless and memorable guest experience.
