NSS Group is seeking a Roofer Supervisor within NSS Maintenance to lead reactive and planned roofing maintenance across commercial, retail and industrial sites in the UK. You will work as part of a skilled team, ensuring safe access, quality workmanship and effective customer communication.

Formación

• IPAF (1b, 3a, eb) preferred.
• CSCS labourer or skilled worker required.
• PASMA certification needed.
• Full driving licence required.
• First aid qualification desirable.
• SSSTS certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Working in teams on reactive and planned maintenance jobs.
• Working at height safely on a daily basis.
• Cladding, Commercial, Traditional & Industrial Roofing maintenance.
• Guttering repairs / replacement.
• Flexible with working hours, occasional weekends and away work.
• On-call availability on a rota basis.
• Willingness to learn new skills.
• Maintain good communication and customer service, take pride in workmanship.

NSS Maintenance are a working at height contractor working throughout UK, servicing facilities management clients and the refurbishment industry alike.

Our national coverage operates from four UK depots to offer planned and reactive building fabric maintenance and refurbishment services to commercial, retail and industrial sectors. We currently employee 600 employees directly across the NSS Group and own a fully serviced truck mounted access fleet, which we use in house for reactive and planned maintenance and cleaning requests

Responsibilities of the role:

• Working in teams on reactive and planned maintenance jobs
• Working at height safely on a daily basis
• Cladding, Commercial, Traditional & Industrial Roofing maintenance
• Guttering repairs / replacement
• Must be flexible with working hours, working away, early starts, late finishes and some weekends as and when required.
• Availability to be on call on a rota basis
• Willingness to learn new skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Pride in workmanship and accountability
• Utilising portable devices to undertake dynamic risk assessments on site and preparing reports on completed works.

Requirements required:

• IPAF (1b, 3a, eb)
• CSCS labourer or skilled worker
• PASMA
• Driving Licence (required)
• First aid
• SSSTS
• NVQ (Slating & Tiling/Sheeting & Cladding)
• Prior experience in external reactive building maintenance identifying leaks & rectification (pitched roofing, guttering, slating, concrete tiling, flat roofing & commercial sheeted roofs)
