The NSS Group is seeking a Roofer Supervisor to join NSS Maintenance. You will lead reactive and planned roofing projects, oversee teams, and ensure high safety and quality standards on site.
Based UK-wide with travel to depots, you will manage clashes, coordinate resources and report on progress. A driving licence is essential and IPAF/PASMA/CSCS are required, with additional training opportunities offered.
£15.50ph - £16.50ph overtime rate at time & a half
NSS Maintenance are a working at height contractor working throughout UK, servicing facilities management clients and the refurbishment industry alike.
Our national coverage operates from four UK depots to offer planned and reactive building fabric maintenance and refurbishment services to commercial, retail and industrial sectors. We currently employee 600 employees directly across the NSS Group and own a fully serviced truck mounted access fleet, which we use in house for reactive and planned maintenance and cleaning requests

Working in teams on reactive and planned maintenance jobs
Working at height safely on a daily basis
Cladding, Commercial, Traditional & Industrial Roofing maintenance
Guttering repairs / replacement
Must be flexible with working hours, working away, early starts, late finishes and some weekends as and when required.
Availability to be on call on a rota basis
Willingness to learn new skills

Utilising portable devices to undertake dynamic risk assessments on site and preparing reports on completed works.

Prior experience in external reactive building maintenance identifying leaks & rectification (pitched roofing, guttering, slating, concrete tiling, flat roofing & commercial sheeted roofs)
