Job summary

RG Setsquare is seeking a Roofing Site Manager to oversee a 3.5 million roofing package on a major commercial project in London. The role requires effective trade management, short-term programming, site inductions, permit raises and toolbox talks to meet tight deadlines.

You will influence site health and safety and drive QA on site. Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid tickets are mandatory, with a start within the next couple of weeks.

Qualifications

• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications required.
• Experience on large commercial roofing packages.

Job description

I am currently in need of a Roofing Site Manager to manage a 3.5 million roofing package on a large commercial project in London. The works involved are solely external package which is primarily a large new roofing system.

The Candidate - must be capable of trade management, short term programming, trade management, site inductions, raise permits, toolbox talks, work to tight deadlines, influence H&S on site and Q/A.

Site tickets required are SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid qualified.
