Job summary

Kingsley Roofing (Southern) Ltd is seeking an Operations Manager to lead planning, coordination, and execution of roofing projects, including pitched and flat roofs. You will work with pre-construction, project teams, subcontractors, and clients to deliver on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

You will allocate labour, equipment, and materials, establish quality controls, enforce safety, oversee subcontractors, and serve as the main point of contact for clients.

Efficiently allocate labour, equipment, and materials to project sites, optimising resource utilisation.

Establish and maintain quality control processes to ensure that all roofing projects meet or exceed industry standards and client expectations.

Enforce and promote a strong safety culture, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and best practices.

Oversee subcontractor selection, negotiation, and performance, ensuring timely and quality project delivery.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution, addressing inquiries, concerns, and change orders.

Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-saving measures to maximise profitability.

Lead, mentor, and develop project teams, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.

Maintain accurate project records, prepare regular progress reports, and provide updates to senior management.
