Sigma Recruitment is recruiting a Business Development Manager for roofing products, home-based across the Midlands with frequent travel and a company car. You’ll build a pipeline with initial enquiries already generated and lead expansion in the UK.

You'll report to the board on growth, drive new business, and potentially oversee new sales hires as the plan progresses. A strong front-facing sales profile is essential to win opportunities.

Qualifications

• Construction, building or manufactured products field sales experience.
• Roofing knowledge a real advantage.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Win new business across the UK.
• Four days a week in front of customers.
• One planning day at home plus a monthly strategy day at the factory with an overnight stay.
