Job summary

Nuco Solutions Ltd in Croydon is seeking an experienced Roofer for a permanent position covering South East London, South West London, Croydon, Dartford, Brighton and Kent. You will carry out reactive and planned roofing repairs on social housing, ensuring work is weatherproof and safe in occupied properties.

You must have proven roofing experience, knowledge of pitched and flat roofs, a full UK driving licence, and strong customer service.

Knowledge of pitched and flat roofing systems.

Responsibilities

Carry out reactive and planned roofing repairs on social housing properties.
Diagnose roof defects and identify appropriate repair solutions.
Repair and replace roof tiles, slates, felt, leadwork, flashing, ridge tiles, and guttering.
Carry out flat roofing repairs, including felt and liquid roofing systems.
Repair and replace fascias, soffits, rainwater goods, and roofline components.
Identify and rectify roof leaks and carry out remedial works.
Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and company standards.
Complete job reports accurately using handheld devices where required.
Deliver excellent customer service while working in occupied properties.
Work independently to achieve daily targets and meet KPI requirements.
