PSR Solutions in Barnsley is seeking an experienced Roofer to join a busy social housing contract. This role offers immediate start on a 5-month contract with the potential to become permanent after a successful initial period.

You will work on occupied properties, delivering high-quality repairs and ensuring safety standards are met. Applicants should have an NVQ in Roofing and a valid CSCS card, plus proven experience in roofing repairs, flashing, fascia, and soffits.

Qualifications

• NVQ in Roofing (essential).
• Valid CSCS card (essential).
• Previous experience within roofing repairs and maintenance.
• Experience working on social housing contracts is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of roofing repairs, flashing, fascia, and soffits.
• Good attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out roofing repairs and maintenance works.
• Completing repairs to roofing systems, including tiles and other roofing materials.
• Installing and repairing flashing.
• Carrying out fascia and soffit repairs and replacements.
• Working professionally within occupied social housing properties.
• Ensuring all work meets health and safety standards and customer expectations.
