Qualifications

• Proven experience as a roofer, focused on planned works or project-based maintenance.
• Knowledge of roofing materials, installation techniques and repair methods.
• Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions.
• Valid driving licence and a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Conduct planned inspections and assessments of roofs to identify maintenance or replacement needs.
• Carry out scheduled roofing repairs and installations, ensuring work meets industry standards.
• Replace or repair roofing materials, including tiles, slates, or flashing, as part of planned works.
