Job summary

Hi-Tech Property Services Ltd is seeking an experienced Roofer to join our growing team. The role involves working on project works across the South West, around postcode area BS/BA, and requires broad experience in roofing and general building disciplines.

You will undertake on-site works, fix issues, liaise with estimators and site supervisors, maintain safety standards, and contribute to delivering high-quality work for hospitality and commercial clients.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel regularly within the South West.
• Proven experience in a similar construction role.
• Experience in managing stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Hold a full UK driving licence.
• CSCS qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Undertake various works at different customer sites covering the South West.
• Carry out fault‑finding diagnostics.
• Communicate with customers during works and advising on repair options.
• Compliance with H&S rules and policies.
• Liaise with estimators, site supervisors and customer to establish jobs and provide costings.
• Build positive relationships with all stakeholders and keep relevant parties up to date with developments.
• Carry out work in a safe, efficient and tidy manner.
• Work as part of a team and be willing to support other operatives as required.

About the role:

We’re looking for experienced Roofer to work on a mixture of our project works across the South West (around postcode area BS/BA). Our ideal candidate will have a broad experience in Roofing, and General building disciplines.
