We are looking for talented, experienced individuals based in central England (Midlands, Northern Powerhouse) to support and enhance sales and service with contractors supplying Roof and Cladding coatings systems.

This role suits someone who enjoys engaging with contractors, specifiers, and building owners, providing support on live projects, and nurturing accounts through visibility, knowledge, dependability, and proactive service.

Ideal candidates are curious about eco systems, technologies, and opportunities within our offerings, aiming to expand contractor relationships, exceed customer expectations, and improve service quality.

Previous Experience:

Roles within coatings manufacturing, coatings application, or sales involving technical specification sales to surveyors for industrial refurbishments are relevant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site visits to assess needs
• Provide knowledgeable problem-solving and system solutions
• Train contractors on-site
• Inspect work quality for warranty issuance
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Support system sales and support products
• Prepare reports using cloud systems
• Update contractor accounts in the database

Candidate Profile:

• Experience in roof/building coatings preferred, but not essential
• Enjoys partnership building
• Motivated to develop customer relationships
• Excellent customer service orientation
