Role: Roof Coatings Technical Sales Manager

Location: Central England

We are looking for: Talented, experienced individuals based in the Midlands, Northern Powerhouse, or central England to support sales and service for contractors supplying roof and cladding coating systems.

This role suits those who enjoy engaging with contractors, specifiers, and building owners. The right candidate will support live projects, nurture accounts, and proactively promote our systems, emphasizing service and going above and beyond.

Ideal candidates are curious about our eco systems and technologies, eager to expand their knowledge, and collaborate within an experienced team to enhance contractor relationships and customer satisfaction.

Previous experience may include: roles in coatings manufacturing, coatings application, or sales involving technical specifications for industrial building refurbishments.

Key responsibilities include:

• Site visits for needs assessment
• Problem-solving and system recommendations
• On-site contractor training
• Inspection of work for warranty purposes
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Supporting product/system sales
• Reporting on site visits and project progress using cloud-based systems
• Updating contractor accounts in our database

Candidate profile:

• Experience with roof/building coatings is preferred but not essential
• Enjoys partnership building and customer support
• Motivated to develop customer relationships
• Service-oriented with a proactive sales approach
• Self-managing, organized, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable with Office systems and cloud apps
