Job summary

M&E Global Resources in the UK seeks a Romanian-speaking Recruitment Resourcer Consultant to join our recruitment team. This high-volume, fast-paced role suits a motivated, detail-oriented person with excellent communication.

You will source candidates for UK and US Defence contracts, primarily in maintenance, logistics and transport for Aviation and GSE, and support the employer through proactive resourcing and pre-screening.

Qualifications

• Fluent Romanian speaker with strong English.
• Excellent communication and detail orientation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team.
• Experience in recruitment or admin roles is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Source quality candidates for live vacancies
• Build an active candidate pipeline
• Use adverts, boards, social media and databases
• Update in-house applicant tracking system
• Pre-screen candidates by phone
• Promote vacancies and company culture
• Be main contact for candidates
• Manage email applications
• Participate in recruitment events in UK and Poland
• Work with recruitment team to understand urgent needs
